Quiet & a low energy consumption level

Whether you are producing
15 m3 or 150 m3 of wood chips per hour, you will not be able to hear the Prima-vent chain transporter PVR-500. Not only does this chain transporter provide a quiet solution, it also ensures low energy consumption levels and a high level of operational reliability. These parameters are at a much higher level than that of normal air transport.

The Redler system has no problem transporting the wood chips either horizontally or vertically.

Vertically without any problems

If you use a wood chip silo with air transport function, you are probably better off switching to a chain transporter. If the wood chip filter and the silo are located close to each other, Prima-vent is still able to solve the problem because our PVR-500 is one of the strongest products on the market for vertical transport.

Energy

Using a Redler system means large energy savings compared to using a conventional transport ventilator and a collector.

As an example, you would be able to transport up to 100 m3 of wood chips per hour up to 150 metres using no more than 5.5 kW.

Transporting the same amount of wood chips with a conventional transport ventilator would require approx. 37 kW.

The energy savings is quickly calculated as follows: consumption difference
37 kW – 5.5 kW = 31.5 kW

31.5 kW x 8 hours a day x 5 days a week x 45 weeks a year.

This amounts to savings of 56,700 kW per year.
