Flensted Food Group
Ventilation unit for Flensted Food Group A/S!
Flensted Food Group A/S is a Danish food producer with strong roots in West Jutland. The company specializes in the development and production of quality potato products for foodservice, retail and industry – with a focus on taste, collaboration and local raw materials. As part of the German Wernsing Group, Flensted builds on more than 50 years of experience and close collaboration with local potato growers.
At Prima-vent, we are in full swing producing, delivering and installing ventilation systems for Flensted Food Group in Skovlund. The project includes a total of 163,500 m³/h, divided into 6 complete ventilation systems, one of which is delivered in ATEX design.
The largest system has a capacity of a whopping 90,000 m³/h.
Renbæk Fængsel
Chip suction system, capacity 25,000 m³/h, delivered to Renbæk Prison, Skærbæk.
The new ATEX airlock filter is dimensioned for 25,000 m3/h. With new 30 kW frequency-controlled transport fan with capacity of 20,000 m³/h. Pipework from filter distributed to 10 machines in hall no. 1 and hall no. 2. the workshops. The existing transport fan with pipework for Kehler is retained and also connected to the new airlock filter. Complete new process air system with fire damper for Kehler.

Paper Shell AB
Chip extraction system with dry fire extinguishing line, capacity 28,000 m³/h, delivered to Paper Shell AB, Tibro
ATEX Sluice filter with dry fire extinguishing line in filter, 37 kW transport fan with frequency control. Piping distributed to 2 pcs. CNC machines.
Complete return air system with temperature-controlled automatic damper winter/summer damper from the new filter back to the factory.
Complete emptying system with 7.5kw emptying fan from filter to new 20 foot container.
Complete control, including frequency control and pressure transmitter for correct air flow.

Osvald Jensen A/S
In connection with the machine factory Osvald Jensen A/S moving to a new location, Prima-vent A/S has installed new process air extraction with oil mist separator, cutting oil separator and heat recovery unit with 80% efficiency, from a total of 27 machines.
Complete PLC control with Secomea VPN connection for online support, as well as frequency operation and pressure transmitter, for automatic adjustment of air volumes to machines and demand control.
NorDan
Tre Nytt (no. 2/2024) makes a big Spændene report about Nordan in Moi. Among other things, with a description of the large new Prima-vent A/S – Chip extraction system with a capacity of 155,000 m³/h.
The system consists of a complete Redler filter with insulated integrated heat recovery modules for the return of 100% fresh/replacement air.

6 fans that are automatically controlled with frequency operation and pressure transmitter for correct air flow to all new conturex machines.
Lg Collection/Mirro AB
Chip extraction system, capacity 28,000 m³/h, delivered to LG Collection/Mirro AB
Replacement of older system at LG Collection. Prima-vent A/S was able to quickly produce, deliver and install a new ATEX Redler filter with insulated process air system with heat control for return air.
The main fan is automatically controlled with frequency and pressure transmitter for correct air flow.
Emptying is done via an emptying fan on the clean air side to a container with ATEX relief membrane at the top.
Further upgrade of Minimax spark and extinguishing equipment with a new FMZ 6000 control center and connection of the new system.
Tantum AB
Economically advantageous new chip filter solution, with large PLC control that controls the new filter, as well as the existing filter, so that everything is controlled centrally from 1 "touch panel" with an overview of both plants.
Tantum AB - has replaced its existing old Blower filter with a new Prima-vent A/S double sluice filter of 37,000 m³/h.
With a new 45 kW frequency-controlled transport fan, with pressure transmitter for a correct air volume.
Complete return air system with fire damper and automatic damper for summer/winter operation
Complete emptying system with existing 7.5 kW emptying fan for existing container.
