Prima-vent A/S was founded in 1970 with a forward-looking concept within industrial ventilation. Since then, the company has designed, manufactured and installed ventilation solutions for a wide range of industries – including the wood, plastic, iron, metal and food industries.
A significant part of the production is exported to markets in the Nordic countries and Germany, where there is a high demand for reliable and energy-efficient ventilation solutions.
Prima-vent's main products include systems for extraction, heat ventilation, room ventilation and solutions for surface treatment. Energy efficiency has been a central focus area for the company's engineers, technicians and production employees for many years – not least in line with rising energy prices and increased demands for sustainability.

Chip extraction system:
We have more than 50 years of experience in designing, installing and servicing chip extraction systems for sawmills, furniture manufacturers, staircase factories, technical schools, etc.
Auto repair shops:
With the acquisition of Dansk Filter- & Ventilationsteknik, we have built a strong market position within the delivery and servicing of ventilation systems for car workshops.
Fully automatic coating system (AI):
The system is equipped with an advanced 3D scanning system, where the AI-Scanner software controls a fully automatic scanning process without manual intervention. The system communicates with other systems via product ID, trigger and end-code signals, while the position of the conveyor is continuously recorded to ensure precise tracking and correct scanning of the items.
Paint shop, flat track:
The system is built around a fully automatic roller conveyor system that transports the items through the entire process. Speed, application, air volume and temperature are precisely controlled to ensure optimal results for both painting/varnishing and the subsequent drying.
Iron and metal:
We have extensive experience with solutions for occupational health and safety and the external environment in the metal industry. Our customers include some of the industry's most respected companies.
Wind turbines:
The wind turbine sector is an important source of renewable energy. We have supplied ventilation solutions to some of the industry's leading players, including Vestas, Titan and Siemens.
Plastic:
It can be difficult to imagine the harmful environment that can arise in the manufacture of plastic products, as the pollution is often invisible. We help identify the invisible fumes and provide complete ventilation solutions that ensure a healthy working environment.

manual lacquer room:
PRIMA-VENT produces, supplies and installs spray and mixing booths for many different purposes. In addition to our standard program, we also develop spray, cleaning and mixing booths that are adapted to the customer's needs for optimal utilization. The booths can be equipped with various accessories, including an automatic energy-saving damper in the exhaust. The damper reduces the air volume when not spraying and is controlled via the gun holder. This provides efficient and energy-saving operation.
