Varnish drying oven

The Prima-vent drying oven is designed for continuous drying of varnished items.
Prima-vent delivers ovens, which are designed to fit customer needs as well as the shape of the conveyor system. The ovens are designed individually for each specific task, and the customer is able to choose between various colours.

The oven is divided into several zones. The defuming and hardening zone ensures that the varnished items are efficiently dried using the most environmentally friendly and energy saving methods.
The oven operates with a low level of air change, which facilitates a low level of energy consumption during operation.
The drying oven allows the best possible working environment, thereby enhancing staff well-being in the varnishing room.

Lay-out

The drying oven consists of three main components:

1. heat
2. circulation
3. aspiration

Heat is added by means of a heater battery that consists of a heating surface and a ventilator, which blows the heat into the oven. The heater battery sucks the air from the oven, i.e. the air is maintained within the oven and is only provided with extra heat if needed.
The drying oven may be fitted with a heat exchanger in order to recover as mush heat as possible, thus saving energy. Similarly, the oven may be connected to a central chimney in order to fulfil the external environmental requirements as well.
